Intention:
1)To be aware of our inner landscape & get better at feeling through a body scan.
2) Explore breathing practices to regulate the nervous system.
What is Do Nothing:
1) ‘Do nothing’ isn't to be confused with inactivity.
2) Doing nothing is to be present & feel what’s actually unfolding within our internal landscape right now.
3) Doing nothing is being aware of any discomfort, without placing conditions or judgements on it.
4) On the flip side ‘Doing something’ is momentum whether physical, mental or emotional whose intent is sedation and control of our inner world & discomfort.
5)Doing nothing isn't about being fixed, it's about developing our internal capacity and assessing present moment awareness.
6) By getting better at feeling, the aim is to cultivate a deeper understanding and acceptance of your emotional landscape and not resort to doing something when there is internal discomfort.
