This is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Postures are primarily performed on the floor with props and held for 2-5 minutes, inviting inquiry into the body, mind, and breath.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Recommended Props:
1 small face/hand towel
1 strap or substitution
2-3 blocks or substitution
2-3 yoga blankets or big towels
Note: The entire practice can be done without the use of props.
